What Stonky is
Stonky is a non-custodial interface to open, immutable smart contracts on Ethereum mainnet. We never hold your funds, your keys or your tokens. Every action you take is a transaction you sign yourself, from your own wallet, and it is irreversible once mined.
Eligibility
You may not use this interface if you are prohibited from doing so by the laws that apply to you, or if you are subject to sanctions. Tokenised equities (xStocks) are issued by a third party under its own terms, which exclude US persons among others; launching or trading against them through this interface does not waive any of those restrictions. Knowing what applies to you is your responsibility.
Risk
Tokens launched here are speculative. Most go to zero. A backing asset moves too, and a token backed by it carries that risk on top of its own. The contracts have a full test suite and internal reviews but no paid third-party audit. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, and no outcome is promised. Use money you can afford to lose entirely.
What you may not do
Do not use the interface to break the law: market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or launching tokens that infringe the rights of others. Anyone can launch anything on a permissionless contract; a token appearing here is not an endorsement, and we may delist a token from the interface (never from the chain) at our discretion.
No warranty, limited liability
The interface is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Stonky and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the interface or the contracts, including loss of funds, bugs, chain reorganisations, third-party issuers freezing their assets, or the interface being unavailable. The contracts remain usable without this site.
Changes
We can change these terms by publishing a new version here. Using the interface after a change means you accept it. Questions: @stonkydotxyz.
